Science Fantasy
Science Fantasy as a genre is a mix between science fiction and fantasy.
It contains aspects of the cold logic of Sci-Fi and the unexplainable magic of Fantasy, fusing elements together to create something unique.
That is precisely what scifantasy.net aims to create.
This is a website about stories in Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and anything in between. It’s a place for dreamers to find relaxation and fun, drama and intrigue, tales of catastrophic failures and glorious achievements that leave their mark on civilizations for centuries.
From the steel and fire of medieval warriors and beasts, to the steampunk airships soaring through the air, and nuclear age bunkers hidden deep underground, to the planet-sized capital ships that cruise through the galaxy, all stories in Sci-Fi and Fantasy are up for your amusement and will be posted as I write.
Some are minute-sized short stories, some may be tales worth of a few days of reading, and up to (hopefully) full-sized novels should be made available as I expand my work.
If you’re looking for a story to start reading, my personal recommendation is Mirror Mirror. In case you enjoy it, please give us a like and subscribe, as it helps us a lot in the contest.
From the author:
I’m a big fan of Isaac Asimov and his Foundation Series. I also particularly like the visionary Jules Verne in his works Around the World in Eighty Days and Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. I’m a fan of Douglas Adams’ peculiar way of criticism of humanity’s behaviours in The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. Those and many other masters at different styles of writing are my inspiration and guides. Many writers and their works left marks on untold generations, and I look up to them as I write stories that entertain me, and I hope that they’ll be entertaining to you as well.
